It's all about balance..Some days I practice for 2 hours other days I do 90 minutes or even 30 minutes. I take into account how I am feeling? what do I need? how is my energy? my emotional state? Have learned one thing..and when I do push too hard, I hurt myself. So, I have learned to create the Sthira/ Shuka with every posture as best as I can...

Very clear thank you, but overtrained people will not recognise the signs, otherwise they are not overtrained. So someone has to tell them (coach, trainer, teacher)
